·    How our Program Works:

     We buy a house and sell it back to you on a lease to own basis.  Instead of a normal real-estate transaction where you have a few months to close the deal we   will give you a two or three year closing date.  From the date of signing the agreement until the closing of the Sale and Purchase agreement you will rent the house from us and pay rent and a down payment credit every month.  We try to work the numbers to suit your budget and situation but ultimately we try to have you achieve 10% down.  Therefore at the end of the term you will have already paid us your 10% down and you simply have to put your own mortgage in place and the title of ownership on the property will be transferred to your name – thus home ownership.  You can look at our current properties available or we can go shopping with you and buy a house that suites your lifestyle and your budget.
