My husband and I have wanted to purchase a home for a very long time but never seemed to be able to save the money for a down payment. We were desperate. A friend gave us Kirk and Kelly's number and stated that they might be able to do something for us. We made the first call which was the hardest step, and within 2 weeks we already picked out our home. We haven't looked back since and are still in shock as to how fast everything came together.  Thanks Kirk and Kelly!

Over the years we have met and dealt with a lot of people but none like them, they are very helpful, very easy to talk to and take pride in the properties they have. As your family grows you need space, but sometimes you just take things for granted, as in you make money and try not to be too much in debt. Well that can become a problem. 

Who would have thought, as a good friend once told me, “Good things happen to good people”.  But bank after bank said sorry, not enough credit, try later. Things were bad when one day I was given the name of a Mortgage Broker who cared, so I called her and left things in her hands.  A month later she called with some options and set up a meeting with Kelly and Kirk and the rest is history.  We now have a beautiful house, sisters that like each other because they have their own rooms.  Ha Ha!! 

Kelly and Kirk saved us from total chaos; they have been a total god sent for my family.  I have come to think of them as a special new part of our family.  We could never repay them for what they have done for us.

Buying a home was one of the most anticipated moments in my young life.  I was very ambitious at a young age and was given a golden opportunity by Kelly and Kirk when I was 25.  Imagine creating your down payment as you pay your monthly rent!  How would I have ever saved for a down payment otherwise?  With buying a home also comes dedication and commitment – to your future.  To me buying a home was the first step in my family process.  My spouse and I are now proud owners of our home and are expecting our first baby.  It was a relief to have the stability of our home accomplished.  Kelly and Kirk have truly been an inspiration in my life.
